Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Design Coordinator to join our construction team. As a Visual Design Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our company, working collaboratively with various departments to create visually appealing designs for our construction projects. Your keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail will ensure that our projects are not only structurally sound but also visually stunning.
In this role, you will work closely with our project managers, architects, and engineers to create conceptual designs, develop 2D and 3D renderings, and produce detailed construction plans. You will be responsible for selecting and coordinating colors, materials, and finishes, as well as creating visual presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with our procurement team to source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the overall design vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce visually appealing designs for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to create conceptual designs and construction plans
- Select and coordinate colors, materials, and finishes for projects
- Create 2D and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Assist with the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Collaborate with marketing team to create visual presentations and marketing materials
- Stay updated on design trends and innovations in the construction industry
- Manage basic IT functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proven experience in visual design and project coordination within the construction industry
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit from Autodesk, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to train and teach others in key processes
